We cannot wait to have you start on the team! In the meantime, please complete the following tasks to prepare for starting with us:
You will receive an email from HireRight to complete your background check. If you haven’t already, you will need to log in and submit all required information to complete the background check. Please do so as soon as possible!
If you did not already receive an ePassport, your recruiter will send you an ePassport to complete your drug test. Please contact the clinic on your ePassport ahead of time to confirm their hours and bring identification with you to the clinic. Please complete your drug test within 48 hours!
What to bring your first day:
Employees must provide documentation to their employers to show their identity and authorization to work on your first day.Please be prepared to bring identification to complete your I-9 form on your first day of work. Click hereto see a list of acceptable identification documents.
Your benefits are effective day 1 but you will have 30 days after you start to elect your benefits. Please click hereto view our benefit guide ahead of time here using the password "welcome".
Dress is casual, with jeans and plain t-shirts being acceptable! We will take a picture for your badge on day 1 so please do not wear a hat to orientation!
Personal Protective Equipment
All team members must wear safety/steel-toed shoes beginning day 1. If you need to purchase safety/steel-toed shoes, please keep your receipt and bring it to orientation so you can be reimbursed for up to 50% of the cost of your shoes.
