Our Employee Resource Groups
U.S. Venture's employee resource groups help grow connections and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace. These informal, social groups create a sense of community that focuses on building relationships both inside & outside the company. They also provide another opportunity to develop leadership skills and initiate mentoring.
The mission of She Ventures is to create a community of women within U.S. Venture that are committed to supporting one another's pursuit of joy and excellence both professionally and personally.

Pride Ventures is a safe space where allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community can come together. A resource group for our members whether it be educational materials, a sounding board for an issue they are dealing with, or friends who come together to laugh and celebrate.



The mission of Service Ventures is to create a community within U.S. Venture of veterans and folks who love to support veterans which strengthens the bonds of friendship, helps connect veterans in need with support resources, and makes a positive impact on key issues affecting veterans.

I hold a role on the Communications Sub-Committee for SheVentures, which allows me to connect with women across the organization that I wouldn’t normally get to connect with during my workday. From gaining leadership skills to developing relationships with the women of U.S. Venture, the “we rise together” feeling that SheVentures emanates encompasses the culture of our caring relationships."

“To me, Service Ventures is a safe place to help our Veterans transition from military life into the civilian sector. Coming from a military lifestyle and going into the civilian sector can be intimidating, especially for those who have never worked in anything other than the military. Service Ventures is also a place where everyone, even non-Veterans, can get involved and give support during and after the transitioning period. Our Veterans served our country and now it is time we serve them.”

"My decision to join YPVentures was born out of my desire to connect with individuals beyond my department and gain insights from leaders and other team members. In my current role as an active member of the YPVentures steering committee, I recognize the positive influence this ERG has on its members and U.S. Venture. The committee puts a high priority on planning events that are beneficial to every member. The events we plan all surround community outreach, social networking, leadership skills building, and much more!"
