Before Your Interview
What to wear: Keep it simple and practical. Avoid explicit clothing, wear closed-toe shoes (required for warehouse access), and jeans are acceptable.
Arrive on time: Plan ahead! Familiarize yourself with the area and aim to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled time.
Be prepared: Be ready to discuss your work history and be familiar with the company, the role, and the shift you've applied for.
For driving positions: If applicable, bring your driver's license and DOT medical card.
After Your Interview
Your recruiter will follow up with you to discuss the next steps.
Company Policies
All company policies will be thoroughly reviewed with you on your first day.
Cell phone use: For safety, personal and company-issued devices like cellphones, tablets, and smartwatches are not allowed while operating company vehicles or working on the warehouse floor.
Smoking: Smoking, including the use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes, is not permitted in company vehicles or anywhere on company grounds.
Seatbelts: Safety first! Team members must always wear seatbelts properly when operating any company equipment.
Attendance: Reliable attendance is key to our success. We count on our team to show up on time and on their scheduled days.
Communication is key: We value transparency. Excessive absences, attendance violations, unapproved shift changes, or inconsistent attendance patterns may lead to corrective action.
