Team Rubicon is a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Team Rubicon has grown to over 160,000 volunteers and has launched over 1,200 disaster operations.

Veterans, current military members, and allies are encouraged to join U.S. Venture’s Employee Resource Group called Service Ventures. The group has a mission to create a community within U.S. Venture to support veterans and strengthen the bonds of friendship through connecting veterans (and family members of veterans) in need of support resources and making a positive impact on key issues affecting veterans.
